Root problem is that omega 6 oxidizes (becomes damaged and injurious) in the body. Of course pre-oxidizing it and destroying it before consumption really cranks up the damage, but consuming it "pure" is still injurious to the metabolism.
thx, I'd rather stick with butter, lard, ghee, and virgin olive oil (even if you don't like it)
