The knife’s tip of marrow was just an added bonus. Sorry for no pics. I got caught in a flash storm and had to do a lot of improvising and was generally scrambling like a crazy person.

Love to hear this, best I can do is raise it right but if I can find the right butcher it will be on a whole other level. Trying a new one this year that seems more on the same page as us.
