Trump again revealed his economic inconsistencies and ignorance on the Joe Rogan podcast. He said tariffs would encourage foreign chip makers to actually build factories in the US, thereby creating jobs, but he is completely opposed to the sale of US Steel to Nippon which would preserve those jobs in the US. If the sale is not authorized, US Steel is shuddering many mills.

Politics is such a crap show.
