Prior to reading this book, it had never even occurred to me that an ethical government would, in theory, not want to create, mandate and monopolize money.
An ethical government would, instead, be dedicated to protecting the property rights of its citizens. It would want to avoid inflating and counterfeiting the money supply.
But all humans struggle with ethics.
So it's wonderful that we have #Bitcoin now; a non-governmentally originated money.
