There's something very suspicious about this whole "secret 'Old World'" / "the flagpoles are really for free energy!" / "Nephilim aliens" made-up nonsense.

Its proponents have a habit of not coming right out with what they believe, instead just hinting at "great secrets" behind the photos of old cities, and then getting you to watch interminable hours of their blatherings, which I suppose impress the excessively trusting and gullible.

In fact, this practice of theirs is so nearly universal that one naturally suspects these folks might be operating under an agency directive of some kind. Perhaps that directive is similar to the one that seeded the dissident right with the "poison asteroid belt" lunacy back in the 1990s.

Yes, parts of Berlin are magical in an emotional sense, everyone knows that, but why would you conflate that meaning with the magical-thinking nonsense I was denouncing? It's deceptive.
