I know of the method, have yet to try it, but now its on my list. Thank you, i stopped salmon cause we only had one recipe. This intrigues me
Ohh yeah man , you can do so many infusions.. that's why I like this method... Basically whatever flavor style you like you can whip up create the seasoning or meranade and put it into the packet and cook it .. it's juicy and super flavorful.
