I like reading in the evening; sometimes pairing it with a ritual like lighting a candle can be very powerful -- they create cue for type and modes of thinking and energy -- additionally you gain the 'fruit' of the content you read/consume -- As for meditation; I think it's likely beneficially -- also-- I appreciate the idea of 'waking meditation' --which can be done while 'wash a bowl' or sweeping a floor, or singing a song, or making and serving tea -- so many ways to find a powerful grounded place of being .

yes. walking meditation is awesome. I've tried lying down meditating but always fall asleep. 🙂
