Why do dermatologists and doctors always tell you to wear sunscreen?
Discussion
Is this the beginning of a bad wordplay? π
Because they are spineless sheep
Let's ask someone who has skin cancer ... π€·π»ββοΈ
I know that doctors' humor is not always the best, sorry... ππ»ββοΈπ
Do not listen
Because they were taught so. And they were taught so because someone at the top wants your money, wants you to be constantly mildly sick and therefore attached to his institutions, and they want you to be able to work till retirement and then die soon after.
But sure enough, if you do not know how to behave with the sun, you may die from it a lot faster than from the sunscreen.
But you can be perfectly well in perfect health with the sun (on your skin directly without protection for some time), a lot better than with sunscreen, if you know how.
For money, true there is no necessary protection ,it harmful this sunscreen

Legitimately one can use multiple things (coconut oil is one) to prevent sunburns which can lead to skin cancers β¦ etc.
Sunscreens are complex question. I wish Iβd kept a copy as not managed to find it again after but Sweden has few long term studies going where people have volunteered to track long term health. The skin cancer element was interesting. If I remember rightly it was tracking over 25 years. Prevalence of skin cancer from low to high (itβs been years so may have this slightly wrong. If anyone is successful in finding the study, feel free to refute, it was in a peer reviewed journal but cannot remember which either (yeah, am an idiot)):
1: people who never wore sunscreen and passed moderate amount of time in the sun
2: no sunscreen and very low sun exposure
3: sunscreen and moderate expose
4: no sunscreen high exposure
5: always sunscreen and high exposure
