Straight run with orange blossom and Kveik yeast. Turned out too sweet for me even though I pushed the yeast with nutrient and heat. Switching back to wine yeast once I’m done with this batch of yeast.

I’ve always had great luck with Red Star Classique.

Lalvin and red star are always safe bets. I just need to quit being too clever by half with my brews.

Half the fun though.

It’s just disappointing when it’s something you wouldn’t. Oh well. More mead for my parents.

Yeah.. I’d probably give away more if I ever got my damn bottles back. Parents included. 😂

I demand them back. May start buying in bulk. Going to have to learn how to do that when my brother and I start a meadery.

Future ambition. We’re structuring processes, recipes, equipment, etc. while we think about funding.

Nice we need some good ones. There’s too few. I just have a closet. Will probably stick with the closet.
