None. They're all bad compromises. Just gotta live with that if you need a phone case.

Plastic cases suck because of microplastics.

Fake "plastic free" plastic cases suck.

Metal cases suck because they either use plasticky stuff for shock absorption or just have no shock absorption.

Wooden cases are usually overpriced and with the same shock absorption issue.

I would make cases out of metal or bamboo or something, with hemp liner or whatever natural material for shock absorption, but the deep state warlords would probably come after me for tax money or something.
