The Carter Center's final report confirms what was obvious: with the 28J fraud, the dictatorship of Nicolás Maduro closed the electoral path in Venezuela.

It is up to the #UnitedStates to lead the international community towards a joint goal: to get #EdmundoGonzalez Urrutia, the president for whom more than 8 million Venezuelans voted, to take office and initiate a transition to democracy in #Venezuela.

Without democracy there will be no future for Venezuela.
