If something can happen, it may happen. If there's a possibility, it may happen, however deliberately you may try to avoid it.

Can get rejected? You may, then. I can't! Because the only person who can reject me is me, and I'll never do that. If I want something, I do it. When I see a woman I think is interesting, I approach and communicate. If I see an interesting business opportunity, I explore it. Anything else I'm interested in? I just do it. I am not rejecting myself.

Can be disrespected? You may, then. I can't! Because the only person who can disrespect me is me, and I'll never do that. No matter how other people may try to behave or treat me, I will always behave like an intelligent individual, holding my head straight, with dignity and pride.

Can be scared? You may, then. I can't! Because the only thing that can scare me is if I'll be afraid of living my life the way I want it. And any other fear that I will feel will be analyzed and acted upon, progressing towards my interests and goals with courage, like a warrior!

Can be betrayed? You may, then. I can't! Because the only person who can betray me is me, and I'll never do that. I will always have my values, principles, vision, purpose. I will always value intelligent good people who want good for me and the world. And if anyone wants to deceive me, do harm, steal, or cheat, they're betraying themselves.
