All Radiologists know this, but few normies do because of false advertising, misleading marketing, malevolent government incentives, and pseudoscientific nutrition studies.

Recommendation:

Eat clean. Eat whole foods... including meat and eggs.

Eat little to no processed "foods" ... which are actually pseudofoods and undermine your health over the long run... even if marketed as "healthy."
