I added hashtag following but do people really want this feature? Seems like following topics would be better (only one topic allowed per post)

The ability to follow or bookmark hashtags. I would be a feature I would use daily.

This feature is available on Amethyst already, works great bc I can see newbies easier by following a few hashtags
