Keep in mind that you are downloading the complete Bitcoin block chain, this is not like downloading a movie, the node is downloading block by block and verifying and confirming each block as it downloads, that is the job of the node, also the download depends of your internet speed, to improve the performance of the node you can increase the "database cache size", you can find this in the program options, but it depends on the RAM of your computer and the CPU, if it is very low, it will not have greater effect on synchronization...

I use a Raspberry Pi 4gb. I remember syncing with umbrel went a lot faster. Took me a week or so. I’ve heard that its possible to download the verified blockchain and import it into raspiblitz but im unable to find this on the internet.

yes, umbrel is faster, because it seems to me that it already brings a part of the chain downloaded and that initial work saves time, but what affects you are those 4GB of RAM, if you can download the already verified chain from some sites, I I don't recommend that, you would be trusting another one to do the node work, but it works, but if you had already synced one node, there you have the chain downloaded, you can copy the files downloaded by the other node, they are all compatible and you pass them to the new one node, you can also redirect your new node to only connect to the old node and it might be a faster download, of course if you still have the original node.
