You can use ZeusLN to interface directly with your node if you have one.
Could always go the Umbrel route which mostly takes care of node setup for you

thats not cold storage. Thats still a hot wallet. They are generated on your internet connected phone, not on a hardware wallet for cold storage.
If you mean there is no support to Store them "on" Ledger, Trezor, or Bitbox you are right. But Lightning wasn't created to be stored Long Term "on" such devices.
