I appreciate the kind words. I do try to be as healthy and fit as I can be. But I do have my unhealthy habits and flaw’s too.

I do too. I'm trying to be mindful on how my bad habits impact my physical/mental self, i'm adjusting and finding balance. so far no compelling reason to stop!
