If you watched the video you will notice he referred this as war back in 2014. One can say the war started in Ukraine in 2014 and Russia retaliated in 2022. You may try to find the French documentary called āDonbassā on YouTube and see first hand the atrocities committed on the local population by the Ukrainian army.

I am from Lithuania that was maybe 20x size of itās today territory (including parts of russia and ukrain) at some point in history. Am I entitled to reclaim that land ? Or maybe native Americans are entitled to claim the land from United States?
In a world where international law has no meaning anymore (if it ever had) you can reclaim whatever you want if you have the power to do so. If not, just try to have a good relationship with your neighbors so your country doesn't end up like Ukraine.
So I give you shoes for Christmas and next year I am allowed to amputate your legs in order to take it back?
