Just eat pork…oh wait, IS there a mono-gastric organism anywhere on earth that isn’t an opportunistic carnivore? If you aren’t a ruminant or in possession of a cecum, scenarios where you are literally digesting the “meat” of billions of microbes, the herbivore diet is unsustainable from a nutritional and energy standpoint.

I look at vegans as processed meat. Full of chemicals and not much nutrition.
