Yesterday I decided to fire a client due to their work site being too dangerous. I wouldn't have been able to do that if I hadn't made some tough choices a few years ago and designed the life I wanted. Although I didn't get income today, I did spend the morning with my family, I'm getting work done around the garden in some glorious spring weather. Currently just relaxing eating my own free range eggs, venison chorizo and rocket straight out of the garden. I don't regret a thing today.

How springy is it? Fancy doing a nostr experiment? Where I zap you payment for a tree or shrub from the otherside of the world? You plant it look after it and write a note and tag it. Obviously won't be bareroot for you now as long as the price isn't completely insane, I don't mind paying for it.
If you think it might struggle this late just let me know the best time for your climate and we can do it then.
I like the concept, I've been looking for some pecans to plant, don't want to take advantage though. A lot of my trees come from volunteers or I "liberate" them as seeds or seedlings from botanic gardens, national parks or other areas.
What proper gardener doesn't liberate plants? 😁 My old customer had a ring that included a blade in it, so he could take cuttings even when he didn't have a pair of secauteurs! He also informed me that an 'Irish cutting' is when you 'liberate' the whole plant 😆
Ok let's get you a pecan then. Don't mind paying for it, the reality here is land is crazy expensive and I don't have a lot of space here. So it will be a while until I can plant anything of significance here and I know you will do a good job of it too.
Persumably it's too late for bareroot for you? so let me know a rough cost for a potted pecan tree and we can start to plant the nostr forest 🙂
