unless it's something physically easy to diagnose, chronic disorders are mostly a way of the mind to channel stress. you don't have to treat the source of the stress, only to know that your body is fine, then the pain never becomes something you keep digging in, which is what makes it chronic
the belief your body is broken is what keeps the pain
