General hierarchy of mobility asset, judging by strength of right of ENTRY:

1. Citizenship

2. Permanent residence

3. Temporary residence (including digital nomad visas)

4. Tourist visa

5. Tourist Visa-waiver

The wild card is a semi-citizenship which, where it exists, usually goes between 1 &2 or does not give entry ability at all (but may afford residency rights).
