If you insist on this, there are a few clients that'll still let you copy and paste; I get why more clients are winding down on this, though.

well it wasnt hard to set up the nsec.app but now nothing happens in coracle when I type in my nsec.app name or paste the bunker url

Try using Ditto, Primal or noStrudel if you want something similar to Coracle (and also to see profiles fully); Satellite is another good client coming from Coracle as well.
