I told my wife about seed oils but she’s the rebellious type that won’t take suggestions and all ideas have to come from her own mind. Naturally she refused to go down the rabbit hole. Fine. So I stopped using seed oils for cooking and she was a seed oil maxi.

Over time I imagine she started doing her own research and now that her oils ran out she’s not buying any more. It’s kind of funny 😁
