Yeah I've heard of Germany and Sweden as countries where you can't do it. That said, I know of people who have left the country so that they could homeschool.

I was very young when I had my kids, at that time I was not ready to rebel against the system. Especially for my youngest son, school was torture. Today, I would actually think about leaving, too.
