Are they censoring OrdiAnals tx’s in Luke’s new pool? nostr:note1q3ag8p7qcc6k3e6afajd9texs99xa8f2hy8d6d6jj7xy08jedl4q3090uk

yes they are, they're using knots bitcoin core v23 based which limits tx to 24 bytes only I think(something along those lines) so ordinals are getting blocked
i hope so. leaves more transaction fees for the better pools. in that block ocean mined they gave up about 1% of value vs what they could have had. thats like a bonus for other pools.
I hate ordinals but it’s stupid af to leave out valid tx’s. They’re no better than Mara or F2 was when they censored tx’s.
i think most inscriptions are garbage but valid transactions, and an interesting way to use bitcoin as a permissionless distribution network for long lived data someone wants to make public. fee pressure helps miners and redistributes wealth in an optin manner. i dont feel bad for people thinking their ordinal inscriptions are worth something more than the sats that make up the utxo.
No there were ordinals included in the recently won block from the digging I’ve done.
Yes. They are doing it, but prefer to call it "spam filtering".
As long as the pool is relatively small, they really won't leave much revenue on the table: there will be plenty of high-paying non-"spam" transactions to include at rates very close to the highest-bidding "spam". It will get more interesting if they grow to a significant size before they fully support Stratum V2, tho…
2 blocks that are mined until now had inscriptions in it
