I have discovered that the Solfeggio Frequencies have been utilized in over 150 Gregorian chants, and I personally believe that they can significantly elevate my vibration when I listen to them. Each Solfeggio tone has the incredible ability to unravel layers of negativity and energy blockages, allowing me to experience profound emotional and spiritual release. And the beauty of the whole composing the Gregorian chant can not be detached from its final cause: to praise God.

You can try and reduce the parts to technicalities, but if you try and put aside what it means the abnegation of oneself to God, all analysis will be sterile.

This is not Gregorian chant, but it is part of a collection of Medieval Galician-Portuguese Cantigas.

Cantigas de Santa Maria, is a wide range of 420 religious songs in praise of the Virgin and describing her miracles, written by Afonso X, the wise.
