fair observation. if I may try to answer your question: is by staying an open mind yourself and go beyond what your logic is trying to tell you. Those people we always label as difficult, out of place, whom attack characters or call names are the most who needed our open mind and empathy. It is difficult yes, especially if it is hard to reason with them. But if the goal is to win a conversation then that in itself is setting us all to fail.
