Question for Damus Purple users. How do you renew your subscription? I got a notification and it took me to a screen telling me to go to a website (really?) to manage my membership, so I did that and even after logging in I didn’t see a way to renew it.

Why this gotta be so hard?

we were gonna drop the price but now since people are renewing I feel like that will just piss people off who just renewed. I don't know when is the right time to update the price.

What if you dropped the price and just extend the renewal date for anyone who paid the original rate backdated to the beginning or January?
