I feel you, I don't distro hop too much but it's easy to let fads and tech news influence your next distro. Find something stable that does what you need and ignore the estrogen pilled. Windows isn't immune either, it's pajeetware now.

Debloated windows is comfy.

Wayland migration was a mess, gnome removing everything over the years , keepass,kde finally getting stable after forever and the releasing buggy major release 6.x,and many other examples.
