Turns out I pretty much “bricked” this guy for the time being…
I went through the setup quickly to see the process (I usually do this with all wallets). Then I learned that (as of right now) there is no way to show the seed phrase again. Also there is no way to reset the device…
The result: a hardware wallet that I have no backup for! 
No way to reset or change the wallet loaded? Sounds like a bad UX
uhm... can't you send the sats out of wallet via phone and then reset the hardware wallet? is this a one time use design?
good habit for me is to always generate first throwaway seed, then reset the device and regenerate a seed again making sure it's not the same 12 words (a sign of potential firmware tampering)
