if nobody has income there's nobody to pay for the product

the singularity is a retarded elitist fantasy, it will never work that way

sure, maybe some people will be put out of work, once again, by some of this tech but there will be new things to do with all that free labor

the real problem is the money squeezes the labor market deliberately and until we can save again it's not just machines replacing humans it's overall general impoverishment as no progress happens because nobody can save and thus fund speculative, developmental work

deals will be done, even if flow slows but with the biggest demographic with the most $ (US stats) that r aging out i c process/progress/opportunity! step in to a deal lfg cheap labor flooding in is not for naught- ?

well, there is some degree of natural movement towards more advanced levels of capital buildup

but the other side of it is if this leads to social disintegration a lot of that capital will be burned and suddenly people will be going tho opposite direction again
