Winning only tastes as sweet once you've come to taste the bitterness of failure.

The secret is not to avoid the one or the other.

But to welcome both fully and without hesitation into your life.

It is pretense of knowledge to assume to know which of the two you need more.

Sometimes failure seems to stretch out forever. But when you taste the victory its as though all those failures never end.

I don't quite understand.

I would argue the opposite.

They are balancing forces wheing each other and your life out.
