Unresolved issues = Mt Gox bitcoin and GBTC bitcoin, otherwise, the enemy has now been rendered impotent.

Yup - not sure how much longer that beach ball can be held underwater.

I think GBTC survives but only after it gets acquired. Spot ETF is needed for the masses and they own the underlying BTC. Who knows though.
