You can rebroadcast that note to your relays. Useful if you have a private relay and want to archive a note.

Lol. I honestly don’t know entirely. Broadcasts across all your relays is my understanding.

Which then begs the question what does a regular post do?

I think it’s more useful when someone broadcasts a post from a pleb who isn’t on the same relays… But I really don’t know either.
