It’s 1.5 lb daddy patty of waygu ground beef. I don’t buy it frozen or in the blocks it’s from the butcher. Very high heat on the grill to get some crisp on the edges but stays juicy in the middle. Looks darker than it was bc of the sunlight I think. I do not own an air fryer that is some peasant shit 😂
