definitely not buying, just made us recognize how lucky we got on our cabin 10 years ago. Prices seem double what I think this should be.
A campsite is $225,000 (25 acres)
so technically, math-wise, the cabin is free. lol

I let a really nice 50acre property with water & gas wells full ground rights, solar system, thermal heat pump, satellites on site.
It was a old/new hotel on a hunting track.
18 rooms
2 full commercial kitchens
Dining room & banquet hall
2 massive garage pole barns.
Slip though my fingers…..
Was 50k when I was going to buy
6 years later
Now trying to sell for 1.5m with now upgrades….
