They're small enough to put on submarines... Maybe some OG bitcoiners will have the capital to set up off grid reactors. Balance the load with asics of course

Nuclear will never be decentralized enough. It will always be managed by states or big electric companies.
Solar is the most decentralized energy source we have right now.
