Had a similar issue in my end, the htlc timeout, I think, and the fee for closing was super low so it was stuck awaiting conf in mempools. If you haven't go to their GitHub and post logs. If you need help with that just holler I can help, and then post it as comment and they can probably check to see what's going on.
