There has been many first to this year - wrote a book on early stage startups, writing another, building an early-stage accelerator course module, migrating manufacturing, shifting hq - and half the time not a clue on where to begin - just jump and swim - drown, gasp for air, swim. I think when you get used to the startup culture of knowing what you want, having some idea of how to get there, doing everything you can to make it work, but Murphy keep's showing up - where everything that can go wrong, will go wrong - you get into a constant problem solving mode, and things eventually stops shocking the hell out of you. Well most of the time. Some still shocks the living hell out of me. Monday woes.
