From an engineering standpoint, I understand what makes it fill and bend down and pour...😃

But I'm still trying to figure out what makes it come back up and reduce the quantity of in the pouring bulb.🤔🧐❔

My buddy sent it to me from Tails of the Cocktail in New Orleans. That room they are in has millions of dollars of the best bottles of liquor in the world. Bananas 🍌

I went but didn't make it to that room. I was at speed rack watching the ladies speed bartending competition and getting blackout on Chartreuse.
