I used to recommend this to newbies but some find it too heavy. Layered money has had better results for me

Layered money is a great book. So is The Bullish Case for Bitcoin.
Bitcoin standard definitely has its place, but it’s much more tailored to readers who are already quite disillusioned with the current system, and not a great “first read” for most people.
