Ok watched this, did some swings, a couple get ups and some cleans. 35 feels good for swings right now but my form is not smooth

I think David said to stop on swings until I'm good on those so I'll focus there. Moving some mulch earlier in the year got my right elbow nerve pretty good so going to take these new movements slow
