I don't agree on this per sé. I think it depends on a lot of factors. But the woman gets mocked but not really because of the person. She shouldn't even take it personal.

She gets mocked because of stupid regulations, malicious deep state intentions, stupid employers, misplaced loyalty, misplaced priorities in terms of both goal and societal values, etc.

There is sooooo much to say, and actually most is been said. She's the proof of all those failures, and unfortunately, somebody had to be that proof.
