Which decentralized protocols have been captured again? Was it key-pair encryption? Torrents? Onion Routing? I2P?

Essentially all internet traffic is controlled because the on/off ramps are gatekept.
They have a well-established playbook and you "bitcoin is inevitable" maxipads don't get it and aren't being careful.
I guess it could seem that way if you don't notice the fighting we do on other fronts.
