Okay let’s start this week with some truth so you can feel alive and connected to your “more” this week.
Here’s the question we suggest askin’ yourself to start the week:
Would you rather take $1 million dollars in cash right now… or would you take the opportunity to spend 3 days with your 20 year old self?
And with that opportunity you can talk about anything you want.
You could tell your 20 year old self to start the business or make the career move that’s been hovering on the edges of their mind, to go all in early and make it count…
You could go back and tell how to be in control, how to stop bein’ a repeat offender, stop listening to the wrong advice… and instead, trust your intuition and your gut.
You could talk about how to protect your heart, how to choose the right partner and commit to the right person.
Between that and $1 million dollars - what would be worth more to you?
We’d bet to say you choose to go back and have that talk with your younger self.
And doesn’t that prove how valuable your life experience is ?
Why do you think that is?
Everything you learn in life, every experience you go through is a golden nugget you get to take with you… so you can be even BETTER movin’ forward.
Yes, even the redlights. In fact, we’d go so far as to say those are the most important ones of all.
They’re painful, sure… but aren’t those the times we learn the most?
The things you went through in your past (even the things that hurt like hell) are the reason you’re able to get MORE in your future.
But only if you take the time to pause and look back.
Only if you learn from them and use them to make better, stronger and more empowered decisions movin’ forward.
That’s the real reason we’re sending you this message
It changes your perspective when you look back and realize how much you’ve accomplished.
It does something for your confidence, for your courage, for your stamina to help you stay in the game of life and become the BEST version of you.
So here’s a couple things we challenge you to do.
#1 Go Back In Time…
First, let’s take ourselves back to connect with our 20 year old self. Consider all your life experience, everything you’ve learned. Then answer this: What’s the topic you would want to teach your younger self about? Choose either business, love or health.
#2. Then Dial It Down…
Once you pick a topic, think about 3 things you’d love to share with your younger self. How did you build a “can do” mindset? What did you learn about lovin’ and relationships? How have you put your health first? Choose your 3 biggest lessons.
#3: Take Ownership…
Now you know what you’ve learned in business, love or with your health. So how are you going to USE what you learned to be better and stronger TODAY? Choose one thing you’re going to do, then go take action on it.
Here’s a few easy steps you can take today :)
Right now, go post in our Art Of Livin’ Facebook group and share the #1 thing you learned from your 20s to now… AND how you plan to use that lesson in your life today.
Remember every day you wake up you are learning, growing and changing (whether you realize it or not).
And those lessons and all that knowledge we’re collecting is how we make sure we get MORE moving forward.
Just keep livin’
