pj v2 is async and protects IPs while stonewall is synchronous and leaks them

pj v2 is also backwards compatible with all v1 senders

for even more reasons, I feel like he would

I was also thinking Electrum Server not wallet. This is absolutely feasible in Electrum wallet if you’d like to voice your support politely here https://github.com/spesmilo/electrum/issues/6585
