Why those who are contributing their hash to the pools not demanding stratum V2 implementation?!

their current incentive structure is not demanding them to change.
personally I don't get it. it only helps the entirety of the network in the long term view. they probably are just complacent and don't feel the need to change up yet.
But I think Matt made a phenomenal point mentioning the sub-pools being dishonest, fraudulent actors, and that should in and of itself be enough incentive for them to change up. was a great rip.
