Northern Perspective is an AMAZING channel! They go deep and cite sources. Bonus is their origin... Ryan and Tanya started their channel as puppets and voices to be nyms "Cypher" and "Fox" before DivergeMedia offered to clean up their stuff with animated masks. They had to be nyms because Ryan worked for the Feds and was discussing publicly available info that also was critical of the govt. When his bosses learned he had this second income stream (Ryan had to disclose in a discovery) he was offered the options of leave or wipe all videos, cease and desist. He chose to go public, dropping the nym, and they've gone bigger and harder than ever. It's their only income and they raise a special needs kid (all of this info is stuff they've disclosed).
No wonder they've forced other indy medias to get a little tougher and switch things up but still, frankly, there are none better.
