Findings so far:
- C vitamin level, RDA at least, is quite easy to reach. 100g of Bell Pepper, and you are already over the RDA.
- A vitamin is easy with 108g of carrots
- Omega 3/6 needs seeds, as they are a good source. (Not all of them though. Consult with your App Dev to know 😂)
